History/Background: The AERIAL PEST CONTROL was developed as a diversion, animal control and personnel control device for use in a variety of applications.
Potential Targets/Applications: Prison/Civil Rioters/Forced Entry/Airport Runways and Clearing Fields of birds and other fauna.

Incapacitation Mechanism/Technology: The AERIAL PEST CONTROL is a 12 gauge cartridge which produces a loud explosive report 75-100 feet from firing point. This round is designed to be directed into the air at a 45 degree angle. The concussion wave and brilliant flash produce a diversionary effect.
Physical Data: 12 gauge SAAMI.
Performance Characteristics: When fired, the explosive blast is omni-directional and produces between 100-140 dB when fired. Proper application of these munitions will increase the successful completion of many tactical scenarios, riot scenarios and animal/bird control.
Delivery Means: 12 gauge shotgun.
Operational Strengths: Most officers are trained with the use of 12 gauge. Uses standard issue weapons, requires no special equipment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Never aim at an individual. Less Lethal Ammunition can cause contusions, abrasions, broken ribs, concussions, loss of eyes, superficial organ damage, serious skin lacerations massive skull fractures, rupture of the heart or kidney, fragmentation of the liver, hemorrhages, and death.
